How I work with you

Every client starts with a real conversation — call, text, or a quick video chat — about your goals, your timeline, and what a comfortable payment actually looks like for you. No scripts, no pressure, and no question is too basic.

From there I shop your scenario across multiple lenders and walk you through the options side by side in plain language: the trade-offs between programs, what your down payment does to the payment, and what to expect at each step. Once you pick a direction, the application and all financial documents go through Barrett Financial's secure online portal, and I keep you updated from application to closing table.

I work with buyers and homeowners in all six states where I'm licensed — Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, and Wyoming — and everything can happen securely online, by phone, or in person if you're local to the Tri-Cities.
